I ran this idea by someone else on the wiki already, so I guess I'll ask here:

Would anyone object to combining some of the seemingly extraneous Arachnos articles? For instance, making the pages Wolf Spiders, Crab Spiders, and Bane Spiders into a single page such as "Arachnos Soldiers" (note the "s" at the end), as well as the Blood Widows and Fortunatas into a page like "Arachnos Widows" (again, note the "s").

I understand that these were taken off of the main Arachnos page in order to save room, since they did add up with the Tarantulas, Arachnobots, Arachnos Drones, and signature villains, into a very large page; but, personally, I was wondering if anyone else thinks that the articles they were moved to are a bit short to merit their own pages when we could combine them into their own.

That would seem not unreasonable to me.

As I get to looking at it, I wonder why we don't have Arachnos Heavy Blaster, Wrath, Misery, Calamity, Kalinda, Hugo, Nocturne, Magus Mu'Drakhan, Regent Korol, Arachnos Mini Blaster, Arbiter Drone, and maybe Jade Spider on the subpages. Oversight or intent?

I figured those remained on the main pages because they are treated as signature enemies instead of standard troops, such that any of the subpages only lists enemies you're likely to find in a mission (as long as you're within their level range), whereas the ones on the main page of Arachnos are the ones you only find on specific missions.

Just speculation though.

Yeah. That was my guess on the reasoning if it was intentional.

Would you say the same could (should?) be done for the Council in combining the Nebula, Penumbra, and Vortex troops into "Council Soldiers?"

I would suggest that, and the same for the Paragon Police department, but onfortunately for the latter, there is no real cover-all for any combination of those enemies.
